Which chassis Ford or Workhorse? If Ford only lines to oil cooler are engine coolant. Not sure what the GM V8 uses.

It sounds like you have a Workhorse. That is a typical problem with them. I replaced them on my 2000 P32 shortly after I got it in 2016. They are leaking again, seeping. I got mine from a Workhorse repair shop in Birmingham, AL. but I don't know if they are still in business. At the time I got mine they were the only ones they had. Try UltraRV in Washington state, they are pretty much the go to people for Workhorse. For people that say take them to a hydraulic shop and have them made, they take a special end that connects to the oil filter adapter. Those hoses go to a small cooler in the front, off to the side of the radiator.
I checked and they have them listed, depending on the model of your chassis.
It would be good if you would put a signature line with the model etc. at the bottom of your posts.

If no other sources can be found, take the lines off and take them to a hydraulic supply place that are able to attach new hoses. I had mine done about 20 years ago on a 1984 P32 chassis using 300 psi hoses which didn't leak again while I owned it.
