One GFI and one outlet not working?

On my new to me 2006 National Dolphin 5320 The GFI on the medicine cabinet in the bathroom does not have any power to it I plugged a tester in it and it doesn’t light up I replace the GFI with a new style GFI with an indicator light in the bottom. The indicator light comes on but still no electrical power to the outlet itself. There’s also a receptacle in the basement storage area where there’s a TV cable plug and the receptacle. All other GFI‘s and receptacles in the RV are working fine either on shore power or generator?

Is the GFCI tripping? Will it reset?

No, it doesn’t do anything when you push either of the buttons

Check the circuit breaker feeding the GFCI curcuit breaker.

Using a test meter - check if voltage ok, or not, at the wire connections on the back of the GFCI

If it won't reset typically no power to the GFCI. Or bad GFCI.

Well I replace the other GFI because I didn’t think it was working with a brand new GFI so maybe both of them are actually good and there’s no power coming to them?

if you have a meter, the easiest way is to pull the receptacle and check for power on the wires directly. If the green light is on, normally that lets you know you have power there.

Check and make sure you didn't wire it backwards. Gold is load, silver is neutral.

make sure you didn't wire the power to the load side of the receptacle.
