Outside porchlight not working
cannot locate which circuit operates my porch light? I tried resetting the
circuit breaker but no luck. checked lots of fuses inside coach. none of the
fuses seemed to be blown? porch light still don't work and also I of my
overhead lights in the coach don't work? they must be on the same circuit as
porch light? any suggestions? seems very strange don't work as it worked
fine last week when I checked. thanks

You gotta do a little troubleshooting...
First the Seaview is equipped with a switch on the left side of the entry door as you enter the coach. It also has a switch on the light assembly. Both must be on for the light to work. Then remove the light cover, remove the bulb and check it with a continuity meter. If the bulb is good and switches are on then check for power at the fixture. If no power then check the switches. Are they rusted? If a fuse is bad you would have much more inoperable than one or two lights. A continuity meter is a wonderful investment...

One to check is the GFI in the kitchen. On our Dolphin the gfi is on the pkug on the bottom of the cabinet over the sink. Make sure and trip and then reset as tripped is not always obvious.

Gfis are AC (120volt) , the porch light should be 12v. Have nothing to do with each other.

Did you check the fuses that are in one of the bins on the out side? On my Sea View it is in the bin just in front of entry door.

thanks john wayne
all my fuses are in the coach on the drivers side next to the armrest under the window.
I did check the bin next to the door as this is where my electrical reset button is.
however when I pushed the reset button nothing happened and no change occurred?
I did not see any other fuses in the bin next to the door other than the reset button?
any other suggestions are greatly appreciated. thanks frankie

The fuse for your porch light is on your 12 volt distribution panel in the storage compartment forward of the entry door. With so many different 12 panels, look at location F10 or J3 depends on what you have.

thank you. yes I checked all the fuses in the bin outside the door.
all fuses are good. all the lights in cabin all work except for the one light
and also the porch light is not working. so porch light must be on same
circuit as overhead coach lights. apparently current is working for all other
overhead interior coach lights but not one interior light and porch light?
if current is working all other lights does that mean there is a short in the
one not working light? all light bulbs look good. very frustrating?
don't know what else to look for? thanks for all advice and help.

Here is a drawing of the Battery Control Center (BCC) with fuses. It doesn't identify a separate fuse for the outside light, you may need to pull the switch and see if there is power to it. For the one light inside that is not working is it the one that is controlled by the switch just inside the entry door? Is the switch on the light on? May be a bad bulb. The fuses next the the driver under the window are for the chassis not the house.

thanks for you info. yes it is the light that is controlled by the switch at the entry door.
yes the connect switch is activated as the other overhead lights are all working properly.
all bulbs appear to be good. since all other overhead lights are working apparently just
the one light and the porch light are not getting any current to them? very frustrating.
checked all fuses in the lower bin next top door and all fuses appear to be good.
don't know what else to check? I will continue to search. thanks

I know your frustration, our coach has the identical problem, overhead lounge lights and porch lite inop. I haven't had a chance to run it down, hip replacement surgery on 5/6.
The 12V Distribution panels were changed when NRV went to resettable 12V C/B's, no longer 12V fuses mounted in the forward compartment, C/B's are located in the hall with most of the environmental controls.
