Parking brake assembly

I was just informed by a friend that he broke down due to not having oil in his parking brake assembly connected between his transmission and driveshaft. He has a V10 on a F53 chassis. Do we have that assembly on workhorse with the Allison transmission? He says it has a fill plug on it.

Your e brake is a drum type on the rear of an Allison trans. Do not put any oil on ever.

I think You only get the email notifications if you are subscribed to the thread. If your W series chassis has a PB that is foot-applied, you donít have an oil reservior to deal with.
