Parking Your RV On Private Property?
What would be a reasonable fee to pay someone to just park your RV(NOT living in it) for a few weeks or a month? No hookup. Just to store it.

Location, Location, Location
Some metropolitan areas can be quite pricey while rural farming areas not so much. More info please.

Monthly RV Storage Lots range from $50----$125/month for just an outside parking spot (uncovered to covered)
Monthly RV Storage Lots range from $100---$450/month for inside parking spot (no power to heated/powered)

What are commercial storage facilities charging? Should give you some idea.
Insurance and security are factors to consider.

A reasonable fee is what you and the other party.......agree upon.

I park at an iStorage location and for a 12 x 50 space on asphalt with security cameras all over they charge $80 per month plus tax. You can go to iStorage.com and check the online parking prices they have 54 locations in 12 states across the country and each one is different. For example when I checked some locations in Florida they are showing prices double what I am paying in New Jersey.

This the best answer so far as it would relate to private property storage.

I let a guy park on my extra lot for 20 bucks a month. No water and no electric, it just sits there

Like the others have said, it just depends on where you are, etc. If you are in the middle of nowhere I suspect some farmer with a few hundred acres of land (and a few hundred thousand dollars worth of tractors and equipment) would be happy to let you park on a chunk of out of the way ground for a dollar a day or so.

This is in a mountain community in California, population of 2500. I was thinking $20.00 a month also since they are charging anywhere from $40-80 down in the city.

So did the property owner ask for more and that's why you are asking?
You may not value his property as much as he does.

I my experience accessible reasonably level ground in a mountain community is a highly valued commodity. Another issue that may come up has to do with mobility of the RV, liability, etc. Will the owner of the RV be around if it needs to be moved for some reason, what happens if the RV is abandoned, each state has their own sometimes very different laws on such things, it is not always as seen on TV. I considered buying a self storage facility a couple of years ago, and was shocked to see the hoops an owner of such facility must go through to deal with abandoned property. In my state it is a multi month long process involving advertising a brief description of the abandoned property in the local newspaper of record, waiting X number of days, hiring a licensed auctioneer to auction off he property, and even then any proceeds excess of the storage fees must be kept in escrow for years in case the property owner or their heirs come back to claim it.

I MIGHT let someone I knew to park their RV on my property but I would never accept a fee for doing so. Once you do you enter a whole new world of responsibility. I would not want to be responsible for rodent damage, a tree falling on an RV or even a flood situation.
For a few "Easy bucks" I'd pass on the opportunity.
A stranger would be risky. A court would be likely to rule in the RV owner's favor as you were in custody and control of his property.
If you are paying $20 a month you can be assured the space renter does not have insurance to cover losses or security to help protect your investment.
I store my MH in a large pole barn from September to May. I pay $350 per season. I have insurance as well as the facility owner.
If I was to pay a low fee I'd be leery of whoever set the fee. Especially if they insisted you give them a key to your RV "just in case".
