Porch light, Compartment Lights, and ceiling switches do not work

My Porch, Compartment, and illuminated battery light switch all do not work next to steps . the disconnect switch does work. Does anyone know why or do you have a schematic for this panel?

I'm confused you say the ilumenated battery switch doesn't work but the disconnect doesn't. On our Dolphin the light is for the disconnect.
What year and model do you have?
