Power Gear Hydraulic Jack

i am trying to find out what model number my hydraulic jack is? i looked in
my owners manual and it does not give a model number? also tried looking
at the jack and could not find a number on the jack? also need to know what
the rating is of the jack? is it a 8000 pound jack or 11,000 pound jack?

my coach is a 1999 national seaview 31 ft with one slid

Google power gear parts and service manual. Download pdf. It will show you how to determine which unit you have.

Google Power Gear, that will get you started. Is it a manual, semi auto, or full auto leveling system. All that determines the model you may have. Need a lot more info.

I recently replaced one of my rear jacks. The jack was somewhat dirty and I couldn't see the model number. When I cleaned it off, I noticed that there was masking take covering a label with model and serial numbers. I guess that they had put that tape there to preserve the label. Go figure. Maybe give this a close look.

Good luck.

the kit I used

Power Gear Jack Seal Kit 800129S
From: PDX RV LLC
pdxrvparts@gmail.com

This kit fits the Power gear with the external spring on my 8310.

I think this will fit if prior to 2002? The odd thing was the internal wear ring did not fit - I reused my old one since it was an external leak problem. This kit comes with a new bottom seal flange that you can pump silicone grease into. I have pictures on my work computer if you want to compare.

Hi Mr. Seaview:

I have attached a photo of the label on one of my rear PowerGear Jacks. My rig is a 2005 National Seabreeze 34.

I hope that this is helpful.
