Power steering hum?

05 dolphin
V10
When I start the motorhome up the power steering has a pretty good hum to it. And when turning the wheel it sounds like it hums worse. Not sure if Iím hearing something different. Does anyone have this issue?
Or what can I do?
Donít what to be stranded
Thank you all

First, check fluid level. If that's ok, then likely the power steering pump is going out. I'd have a Ford guy check it out. Doesn't have to be an RV guy, but someone that can listen and give you a first person diagnosis.

We experienced a similar sound on our 2000 Tioga V10 . Flushed and changed the power steer fluid and the noise went away.

If your fluid is original it may be time for a flush and new fluid.

Air in the line/pump. First make sure is filled correctly and then cycle the wheels from stop to stop several times to work bubbles out.

Tried all of that. Now I will try changing the fluid to see if that helps.
Thank you all

If it persists, then possibly the pump is bad.
