Price Pfister Kitchen Faucet Model Number for Dolphin

Does anybody happen to know the model number for a Price Pfister kitchen faucet in a Dolphin? Mine is leaking quite bad at the base of the faucet and I would like to order the correct parts from Price Pfister. I don't seem to have any paperwork or manuals for this item. Thanks in advance for any help.

If yours is the same as my 2004 Dolphin, I found the exact model at Home Depot two years ago. I don't remember the model number, but I think it might be this one. It's definitely similar.

Typically if a faucet comes with a sprayer and you don't want to use it there is a cap included so you can cap off the tube that goes to the sprayer. Just something to keep in mind.
