Push button DC breakers

I have a possible weak breaker on a 2004 Dolphin 35' gas MH. I am going to change one that is in the middle of the pack which is for the stereo and fans. It appears that I need to remove all of the rings that lock in the breakers and remove the front panel. Can anyone one tell me if that is the correct procedure.

My 2008 Dolphin has 4/6 screws holding the panel in, not sure if yours is the same.
