Question about Generac remote preheat switch

I have a 2002 National Tradewinds 7390 with Generac Quietpact 75D generator, generator starts and runs great but if I try to start it from remote dash switch I have no preheat and it takes alot of cranking to start it. I have run down the wiring and the remote connector has a preheat wire in the connection (wire #150) per schematic but the start/stop switch only has three wires connected to it, should there be another rocker switch for preheat that wasn't hooked up by National or maybe the switch was replaced with the incorrect switch and the wires left off. I see lots of wires under the dash that were terminated and wrapped up can someone with a working preheat in dash let me know how National originally had it.

Thanks

Sounds like we have the same coach. Mine has a gen preheat rocker switch above the leftside bank of switches - although for some reason it's not working at this time.

The rocker you speak of wouldn't be just right of the generator hour meter would it? Mine has a blank in that position.

Thanks

Yes, it's to the right of the hour meter. Guess they missed it on yours?
