Angry Ragn hot water heater

I have a 2003 ragn toy hauler the hot water heater i can heat the burner come on and tank gets hot but dont get hot water,any ideas what to look for.any help would be apreciated the water isn't evan warm

Did you take the hot water heater out of bypass mode (dewinterization)?

Hot water

found out it was in bypass, po did not tell me the tank had a bib spot in it. Have to buy me a new tank and hopefully get it fixed by next week end
