Rats in airline conduit!

Rats got in the conduit inside the frame of my 03 Tropi-cal and ate the 1/2 inch airline. It is in a section between the axle and the compartment housing the storage tanks. Almost seems like there is some kind of junction or block in there somewhere because I cannot find the end of it going into no-mans land. Does anyone know how to access those lines short of removing the tanks?

thanks in advance.
