We have the same MH. Ours has 2 metal loops attached to the floor where the hold down straps go. These straps attach to the bottom legs. We replaced ours with a smaller, lighter recliner.
I have the metal hoops on the floor, but no straps on the seat feet. so I use the hoops and a strap to hold it in place while driving. It is just too big.
