Removing Light Switches

Need help/advise on removing wall light switches. How do you remove them? Also, I understand the light switch company who made them for National RV is still in business. So I need info where to contact them or info on another source.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well if you are talking about the rocker switches, the cover is ever so carefully pried off as straight off as you possibly can (thus, try not to pry up one side at an angle, and then the other side)

There are pins that hold that cover onto the underlying “chassis” and after some years are prone to breakage. Couple with how tough it is to pry that cover straight up and away without cocking it and I’d not be surprised if a pin broke on ya.

Right now would be a good time for someone to share a source for the switch cover in case it gets damaged. Just thinking ahead.
