Anyone ever replaced the factory hide a bed in their MH? Mine is an old one factory installed in 2001. Thinking of a fold down one.

Interesting over 70 lookie lou's but no one responded. I guess no one has ever replaced the hide a bed couch with a Jack Knife couch.

We thought of replacing our coach then decided to have it reupholstered. It is a sturdy metal frame that did not come apart other then to let the bed come off. It did not fit out our door. they were not going to remove a window to get it out so striped the material off for the pattern and recovered the couch in the coach. I have a 2001 Tradewinds with the sloped front door. if you have a mid door or a rectangular door it will probably fit out the door. Make sure what you buy will fit back in.

I have replaced mine 2 times. Take it out and put in a new one.

That is the same year as mine with that angled front door, is yours a model 7390? Thanks for the heads up on it not going out the door.
