Resealed rubber roof

So after 47,000 thousand miles and 18 years my rubber roof was more black than white.
No leaks or cracking just chalking and dirt
So two washes with my gas pressure washer and a couple of hours scraping old sealer. There was still a lot of flaking old coating.
Pulled out my antique floor buffer with nylon wheels and went to work.
Sucess.
One more pressure wash and we were go to go
Used the two part dicor system.
2 quarts of catalyst than pressure wash
Let dry then two coats of sealer. Which has to be done in one day
Four gallons was plenty for our 32 footer
Bought the materials at camping world on a half price sale so whole project was less than 400.00
My wife and I did the labor it was time consuming but worth it.

Great job.
Can I borrow your wife to me as my wife would never get on the roof let alone help me.

Thanks. You guys will make your motorhome very happy and refreshed.
I see you are in El Segundo. I hand out south of you in San Diego area at time. It normally cooler there than Arizona.

Oops need to update my profile.
Next up is to replace carpet and wood floor to all one surface thinking hardwood or one of the newer laminates
Time to start looking. Ours has no slides so process will be easier than most
