Right Front parking lights

I am having problems with my right front parking lights on my 2005 Seabreze, the bulbs are good but have no lights with the head light or parking light switch is activated. I had a problem with the tail lights on my towed vehicle but was able to resolve that with help from this forum. The problem was the fuse in position 17 in the fuse block on the dash. But when checking for proper operation I discovered that my front parking lights on the right side don't work.. Is there a fuse somewhere for this. I have checked all the fuses that I can find in the dash and under the hood. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Do you have the Workhorse chassis manual. Those lights may be on a relay.

I'm assuming that you have a voltmeter and know for a fact that there is no power at the bulb socket using any ground return. This must be established before looking for other causes. Sometimes the power is there, but the ground return isn't.

I did have voltage. what I found out was that the fuse in position 17 in the fuse block on the dash was missing. I replaced it but forgot to connect the plug when testing it. It works now, evidently never worked since I never drove at night before I didn't think to test it. Thanks for the reply. Problem solved.
