Running/fog Lights

I own a 2000 national Tradewinds I am looking to replace the running/fog lights. They both are missing the glass cover in front of the bulbs. does anyone know who the manufactor was that made the lights and are they still available?

Fog lights

I installed these. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2PCS-45W-4-...AAAOSwRF1cCP56

Used the low beam for my fog light and the high beam for driving light Really lights up the road.

If they are the same as my 2001 Tradewinds, the lens was only glued on. I replaced my whole light with Grote # 64581-5, This was about 10+ years ago and they are still good.
