The converter in my 99 Dolphin is located in the bay between the entry door and front wheel on the passenger side. First the to do in check the converter is getting power then check any fuses or breakers ON the converter.
If converter is getting power and fuses or breakers on the converter are okay check for 13 to 14 DC volts output.
