Sea Breeze Entrance Window

We have a 2006 Sea Breeze and lookin out the entry door window I noticed someone had flicked specs of spaghetti saoce on our echted Palm Tree.

I thought WTH ! Upon closer examination with sponge in hand it appears to be impervious to scrubbing.

Any thoughts ?

How strange! You could try an abrasive cut polish on it?
