Sea breeze or sea view

Looking at two.1999 sea breeze and 2000 sea view.both have slides and are on ford chassis. 1999 is 275 hp V10 2000 is 310 hp V10 options are similar. What is the difference between the two?
The fit and finish look to be the same.
Can't seem to get any info from sales people.
One is on a lot the other is a private party.
Thanks for your help

All other things being equal, I would go for the newer higher horsepower unit..
