2007 Tropi-Cal T370.
Shocks need replacing. What are the best replacements to choose from?

4X on Koni. I installed the FSD's .

I bought 2 Koni’s for the front and will install them in a few days. I am anxious to see if they make a big difference on highway to bridge transitions. Thanks for the advice from everyone.

Please let us know how you like them. I'm happy with my Bilsteins, but the glowing reviews of the Koni FSD have me curious to try them next time around.

When I install my front and rear, I notice it right off you want regret it.

Just a note - I first put 2 new Koni's on the front. Noticed a difference, but not what I was hoping for. Spoke with a Chassis guy. He said I should have done the rears first, as that is where most of the vibration and rough ride comes from. So I put Koni's on the back next. BIG DIFFERENCE. Should have done the rears first. Even my wife commented when the rears went on. Her quote was "this is kind of a game changer". So something to think about....

Thanks @CamJam1. I think most of us on this website don't want to make the same mistakes as others if we can help it. I've learned a ton here, so I always (and most others as well) try to pay it forward.

Looks like I will have to pull the rear wheels to access the rear shocks. Daunting task so I will try the fronts first.

No, you don't have to take the rear tires off I didn't do it, you just crawl underneath you will have enough room. YOu just unbolt the bottom first and the top and you there you go.

2008 Tiffin Phaeton 40' DP, pulling Chevy Equinox
Had original Sachs shocks on coach
Last week Bay Diesel replaced original shocks with Koni all around
Bay Diesel said the original shocks were shot and weren't doing anything
I've driven the coach on two legs, one for one hour, the second drive was two hours. Both drives 1/2 interstate and 1/2 2-lane back roads.
Honestly I'm not sure I perceived a dramatic difference before and after.
Maybe if I could drive it several times each way I could identify differences
It could be just me, maybe I'm not very perceptive
Perhaps the difference would be more dramatic on a lighter unit
This is my honest feedback
