Shower door sagging hard to close

So I have an American Shower Door in my 03 Tradwinds
It has a full length piano hinge.
The door is sagging and very hard to close with the bottom scrapping every time you try to close it. I have done a search but no one really has a solution or Iím not looking in the right place. I think the piano hinge is worn but not sure. I was thinking to remove the door and trying to flip the piano hinge or if I can find on replace it.
Also the plastic drip slides on the bottom are worn any idea where to get new ones?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Lou

Get some nylon washers from Ace or Home Depot. Take the door off and apply a washer or two as a shim.

Shimming wonít work with a piano hing....I may have to disassembled it and remount raising it up 1/4 inch. Itís a very common shower and was installed in thousands of coaches. Was hoping Someone had the the same issue and fix.
