Slide out rollers

My slide drag on my carpet. 1998 National tradewinds freightliner. Adjustments or new rollers??

rollers were supplied by Alexander screw products

New rollers were an easy fix. But the slide has to be tipped so you can access them. Mine were from Newmar. Don't know if yours and mine are the same?
