Slideout adjustment

Yes I know this has been asked b4 but search brings up 11 pages but won't open any of them, so; How do you adjust kitchen slide on a 2008 Tropical D/P. it is leaving marks on floor. when all the way out top of slide is in a little(if you look at window in front of slide its not even at top & bottom) I have adjusted outside ends of rails, put them down as far as they go. when slide is in, front side has clearance under it,but back end is (under fridge ) is rubbing on floor. Thanks for any help. Bill

If yours is like my 04 Tropi Cal T396 there was a nylon block under the slide on the refrigerator end. On mine the block actually tore loose. As far as I know there is no adjustment other than shimming the block or replacing it. To see/access block I ran the slide partially out then used a T made out of a couple of 2x4s on a floor jack to raise the slide up as much as I could. National also used a smaller version of these blocks on the bed slide and I had to shim mine as it was dragging on the plywood..
