Stabilizer Jacks

We own a 2006 Dolphin 5320. We were parked and when trying to deploy jacks left front would not budge. Finally got it down and back up but now will not drop down. All other jacks work fine. Do not see any leaking of fluid and are not sure what to do next. Panel blinks that the park brake must be engaged but it is already set. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

could be the switch on the parking brake? I have to reset mine a couple times to get them to come down. They always retract no problem.

I had to replace the controller by the driver side window. $150 years ago. Your lucky mine were stuck deployed. Could not move without draining the fluid from the Jack's. Messy job at best.

Couple things check fluid level. With Jack's fully retracted check fluid level at full hole.
There is a zerk fitting at the bottom of each jack give a pump or two into each, a couple times a year. It helps keep the seal flexible and lubes the shaft as it extends a d retracts.

Did you keep pushing the front jack down button? the front jacks are not independent they are designed so that when leveling with the rear jacks the front jack fluid from the high side will flow to the low side. You may need to keep the front jack button down longer so when the right hits the ground the left will start taking fluid to lower.

Update

Finally after numerous attempts the left jack dropped down. We continued to lift and drop jacks and for now all are working. Thanks for all the help. This forum is the best for troubleshooting small issues.

When we tried dropping the jacks my husband tapped, with rubber mallet, the foot pad. We then sprayed the jacks with silicone spray several times. We have each day raised and dropped the jacks several times. Just falling the suggestion above to keep trying to drop them and making sure the parking brake was engaged each time was our fix.
