Stuck Between a Rock and a Hard Place - No Power to Dash Panel

Hope someone out there has had this problem before and can help.

Took RV for service in March, brought back RV in April and parked for May, June and July.

Went to start it, turned the key to on and no power to dash panel. Allison md3060 shift pad shows "cat eyes/snowflake" with red LED on next to Mode button. Starting batteries show 13.5 volts each but somehow power is not getting to Allison shifter and dash panel. Engine will not start. Checked fuses, checked wiring for rodent damage, checked grounds. Nothing adds up. 200 miles away from Freightliner service and Freightliner is unavailable to come to me.

Any thoughts or suggestions on solving this issue and getting the bus started to be able to drive for service would be appreciated. Hoping someone else has experienced these symptoms and can provide insight.

2000 National Tradewinds 7370, CAT 3126 Diesel, Allison md3060 Transmission.
