the pass through sensors get debrie in them when you fill ir if some escapes back. the ballaceing coumpuond in the tire comes back out and gets in the sensor. you can try removeing the sensor ad blowing trough it to release the obstruction. the balinciing compound can cause reuglare stems to leak also. just try to make sure the tire has had time for the stuff to selltle and try to not havet to discharge air

Where are you buying your batteries and what size are they?

I always buy a set of 10 Energizer CR1632 from Amazon for between $7-$8 for the set. Never had any problems with them.

Interesting, I just purchased 20 Energizer CR1632 batteries from Amazon for $15.46. Arrived yesterday in a honking BIG box, (for 20 little batteries). MINE show that they are "Made in Indonesia for Energizer Holdings Inc."

I researched that they say they are made in Indiana and also several other countries.
Mine said USA.

That's why they make those little black caps! The keep the debris out of the stems.
And if you're getting the balancing beads out of the stem then you don't have the correct filtered stems made to prevent that.

Actually it is more like "you don't have the correct size balancing beads"!

The filtered stems are more for using Equal Balancing Powder plus it is supposed to help keep moisture out but I think using dried compressor air helps more for that situation.

Innovative Balancing sells a RV size ceramic balancing bead that will not travel up the stem to the valve and cap.

EezRV TPMS has a booth at the Tampa RV show this week. Price is about $450 for 10 sensors and for the show special they are throwing in a free repeater worth $50.
