Tradewinds LTC alarm

Changed out the batteries on my LTC the other day and now can't get the alarm to shutoff. Does anyone out there have a manual for that alarm system. It's the only manual that didn't come with the MH and I can't find it online. It seems to have come with the rv from the factory, but I can't find a name. I currently have one of the alarm fuses pulled so it isn't going off. ( one of the neighbors called 911 and I had to explain to the deputies what was going on.)
There is a black wire with a white stripe that goes to the ground,I think, and the alarm shuts off when I pull that one off. I put it on the hot side and got a sound like a motor and pulled it off in a hurry.
The main problem with this is that when the alarm is going off or disconnected, it shuts off the ignition and NOTHING works.

Got a mobile tech and we went thru the batteries and found one was hooked up wrong. Changed that and the alarm was still going off and no start. Got the alarm stopped and tried to start and only the dash lights came on and no start. Finally found that the alarm hadn't completely turned off. As long as the little red lite was blinking, it would start when you opened the door. Finally got it to chirp a couple of times and the lite went out and the motor started. That tech looked at it and thought it was factory. Had a friend who owns a car stereo and alarm stop by and he said the same thing. It is wired into the fuse boxes in the 12V ignition system under the drivers window. Pulled the fuse and no start.
Got a guy over on RV.net that says noway, that National didn't do that.
