Transmission oil leak

I have a 2002 Dolphin 5355 with a 8.1 GM and a Allison 1000 transmission.
It has developed an transmission oil leak somewhere in the radiator area.
Can one of you fine IRVers tell me the location of the oil cooler. Is it attached in front or behind the radiator.

transmission leak

[QUOIhave a 2004 5535. If yours is the same - radiator is separate for the engine. Front radiators are the oil cooler- ac condenser - transmission cooler. Hard to remove- engine radiator is close. Need to put barrier [ 1/4 inch plywood works well] between so as not to damage engine radiator. New engine radiator $ 700.00 plus. Had to change mine after road damage. Good luck.TE=Glenn.Garvey;[/QUOTE]

The Allison transmission cooler on my 2003 W20 Workhorse with 8.1L is IN the radiator.

Seems like it varies.
