Triton v10 Engine

I have a 2007 Dolphin with the Ford Triton V 10 engine. I read a lot of articles on the internet about these engines blowing spark plugs leading in many cases to serious damage. Does anyone know if this is common and if so is there any prventative measures that should be taken.

That problem was on the older engines 1999/2000. The problem has been fixed.

Thanks, Richard. That makes me feel better. I just came off a 5000 mile trip out west and was happy with the performance.
