This is our 7th R.V, and second motorhome! This older one needs some T.L.C, after a couple years of inactivity... but having owned a National previously I was pretty certain the Bones were good. First Job was to tackle the wet and deteriorating walls below both passenger and driver side windows. I removed the rotted pieces and the seats and dryed out the area for 2 days with a heater, I Found almost matching Luan Board, and trim at a local Windsor Plywood and used Pl adhesive to glue the new panels in place. I'm happy with the final look...almost cant tell the difference.

Great post ... thanks for adding some photos as well.
We have similar water damage on the drivers side on our '05 Sea Breeze. Your photos and description gives me insight as well as more courage to open up the wall and repair the damage. We've already addressed the water issue, so next up is the demo and repair.
