TropiCal (maybe others) with Cat C7: air filter replacement

I have wrestled the air filter off of its perch twice now on our '04. As I got ready to install the new one, I thought I would take a look from below, since the Aero muffler is significantly smaller than the OEM one (it didn't matter). I noticed the proximity of the air filter to the back of the shore-power locker at the left rear of the motorhome and vowed that I would put a removable panel there the next time I needed to service the air filter.

I'm pulling the RV out of the shop today to water some of the seedling trees we planted along our 1/4 mile driveway, and when I opened the electrical locker I noticed that National built the coach with a removable panel for access to the air filter . Since the storage locker layout seems to be shared across several different platforms, it might be there on Tradewinds, etc.

Air filter

Wish I had seen this a couple of weeks ago. I checked and sure enough there it was, a panel. Only the top half comes out but that still would have made breaking those connections easier. Thanks!

^^ That's exactly why I posted this. It never dawned on me to check for easy access.
