Washer Winterizing

PO gave me a checklist for winterizing, but nothing is mentioned about winterizing the Splendide washer/dryer. Do I have to do anything? If so, what? Thanks!

ere is how I do them open the door pour in a 1/2 gallon of antifreeze. after everything else is winterized set the washer to warm and turn on so it fills thru both valve watch for antifreeze coming in stop the unit/ pull out the soap dispenser if it has antifreeze in it set the washer to spin and restart listen for the bottom pump to come on and drain the unit. On some models you have to do a reset between cycles when done shut it off the only things that can be damaged are the water inlet valves and the drain pump and you have just ran antifreeze thru both of them. If Your planning on just blowing it out You still should add antifreeze to the unit first then allow it to start on warm until you can hear air blowing into the unit. then run the spins cycle to remove the antifreeze.
