Water Everywhere

I have water pouring over the top of a brace beside the water tank under the bed, it seems to only be on the outside. Drivers side front brace, cannot seem to see around it. Can I fix this, or do I need a pro? HELP! 1995 Dolphin 434

Water Everywhere

Did the water tank freeze and burst? Is that the fresh water tank you are referring too? Is the water tank full? Have you tried to drain the water to see if that stops the leak? Is the water pump running? Maybe the supply line froze versus the tank... Is it hooked up to a water supply (e.g.: city water), and is it turned on? Is so, did you try to turn it off to see if that stopped the leak? A picture may be helpful.

Welcome to IRV2! First, we need to know the make/model/year of your RV - that will help the gang here help you.

I can't really picture what you are describing and I don't know your skill level. If it where me, I'd drain the water tank first. I'd then search for the leaking point. If the water tank is under the bed on the RV floor, I'd remove the tank to clean and dry the area. It would also give a chance to inspect the tank and connections. If the tank needs repairing, there are kits available to repair most tanks. If not repairable, you'll have the dimensions to buy a replacement.

If it's a plumbing issue, removing the tank would also perhaps give easy access to the leak/problem. Home Depot would get a few trips. SharkBite fittings for PEX tubing would get purchased and used to make things whole again.
