I can't comment on the clips. If you remove the whole headlight assembly, you will most likely find number or name of the manufacturer. If you use Google to search for that number, you'll likely find what vehicle it was made for and replacement assemblies. No RV manufacturer uses custom lights, they use ones made for other vehicles.
If you remove the headlight, you may be able to remove the bulb in the back of the reflector and empty the water out, blow it dry, and reseal the unit. Often water will damage the reflector and often the best strategy is to just replace it.
