What are you getting?

2000 Tradewinds, CAT 300HP diesel pusher towing a Mini cooper; 78000 miles to date. I have checked my MPG over 11000 miles and I average 10 MPG even when towing. I rarely drive over 60 MPH and normally put cruise control on set at 60 MPH on Freeways, What do you get??
Comment on whether its better for MPG to drive at a steady 55 MPH or is it better for fuel economy to drive at 65MPH??

I have a 1998 Tradewinds with 300cat I have 117000 miles and I had some service done and the print out it showed miles driven and gallons of fuel used since it was put in use, I divided this out to get mpg which was 10.4 this was over all types of driving and towing after the MH was purchased with all owners.

Mileage

I also get 9.5 mpg average with the 300 hp cat towing a GMC terrain. This has been over 10K miles in 2 years. I try to stay under 65 mph.

My thinking: if you have to worry about fuel mileage then you don't need your motor home.
