Where is the water shut-off valve to icemaker ? National Tradewinds 7371 2000

I am trying to winterize and i cannot locate a water shutoff valve to the ice maker. Checked the manuals and nothing specifically points out the shutoff to the ice maker

Why do you need a shut off for the ice maker?
Would you winterize it just like the faucets, and then leave it at that?

The manual said to close the shutoff valve in the water supply line to the ice maker. I could not find it so just disconnected it from the solenoid valve. I am trying to winterize for the first time so excuse my ignorance. Just looking for some friendly advice. Thank you.

Assuming you have a old fashioned gas/ electric absorption type refer, remove the outside cover behind the refer and see if there is one near the bottom and in the water line going up to the top where the ice maker is located inside the freezer compartment.

Ice maker valve

Typically they are attached to the cold water line under the sink if it is like mine. Have only winterized mine once by closing the supply valve then pulled the power to the valve and made safe so electrically no one would get hurt then pulled the valve completely. Prior owner did not do this and I inherited a cracked valve and almost soaked the slide area under refrigerator. Luckily I had my wife watching as I turned valve back on.

You don't mention what brand and model refrigerator.

Had to shut off my Norcold 1200. On most Norcold models you lift up the bottom grill (inside the coach) The shut off valve is in there.

If like mine it shuts off under sink. Shuts off supply to filter and icemaker.

Tahiti16 is correct the shutoff value is under the kitchen sink. Mine tee's off the supply for drinking water filter.
Other's that responded wouldn't know because they don't have a National RV.

Icemaker shutoff

On my 2005 Dolphin the icemaker shutoff is below the fridg, at floor level. Remove the grating's 2 screws, then remove the grating and you should find not only the shutoff but also the small water filter for the icemaker.
If you use the RV antifreeze don't let it in the filter. It will ruin the filter!

Mine is underneath the refrigerator. The panel comes off with two screws and the filter is also there. I shut mine off, remove the filter and put a small pan in there to catch the water that will drain from the icemaker. I turn it on to activate the solonoid and it will drain a tablespoon or two. While putting the pink stuff in, I turn the valve on until I get pink antifreeze coming out of the line. The next year I flush the pink stuff out and replace the filter at that time.

Even though you shut off the water supply to the icemaker there can still be water in the system and line. One winter, it wasn't especially cold, the water in my solenoid valve froze and cracked the housing. Since then I always remove the panel outside and unscrew the lines to and from the valve. It only takes a few minutes.
