Where is Tropic Cal water pump?

Water pump just stopped working.....I check the reset breakers and it was not sticking out. I replaced the control relay in the bay by all the water controls two years ago so guessing that is not the problem. I have heard of cleaning out inlet to water pump may fix problem, but just where is the water pump?

Water pump

Same here in my 2003. It's behind a panel in the wet bay.
