Angry Window leaks

We have a 2006 1311, we discovered a leak on the drivers side top of the window and when we checked the roof it appeared that the seal for the CB antenna had disintegrated so removed the old silicon and applied new. But after doing some poking around it appears that both of the posts drivers and passengers were wet. Any ideas were the water could be coming from. It does appear that someone has resealed the windows. I have a good nose for mould and doesn't smell so I am wondering if it is an old problem. Any other ideas would be welcome.

Thanks

If you are using silicone, you might investigate Dicor. Silicone tends to leak in our roof applications.

Check the seam where the front cap meets the roof, notorious for that seam to leak, I will be doing mine with eternabond soon.

Maybe the clearance lights too, but those are a little far forward to get seats wet, but once inside the structure water can travel too.

Make sure window slides were closed tight.
