Windsdhield washer jar

I have a 1997 Dolphin - F53 Ford. The cheesy Japanese made Washer jar, which hangs on a welded steel post, has completely disintegrated. You cannot touch it without a piece breaking off. Ford dealer says it is a National, not a Ford part and even if it was it is not available for this year. From the looks of the remains it would appear it came as a unit with the pump and all. Any good ideas ? ? Thanks .

Thanks for the link. It comes up as document not found. I'm probably going to have to improvise something with new parts.
