Wire routing for 1996 dolphin

I am preparing to install a celuliar booster system on my 1996 dolphin. Would appreciate your thoughts and experience where it would be best to install the exterior antenna and the booster components.

I was thinking of how to use the roof traditional antenna frame and possibly use the routing of the cable to the front overhead cabinet or the side cabinet next to the club chair by the door. I am concerned about where hidden wires might be.
Is there room to somehow lift the roof antenna mechanism and route the wire down thru and somehow grab the wire and continue routing to the passenger side of the overhead cabinet.

I would appreciate your comments and tips your might have. thanks in advance.
