Mine is located under the refrigerator. Check all the fuses because it might be shared with another device.

It may not be a blown fuse.... If you have switches to turn on/off the water pump in multiple places, and your switches aren't simple toggle switches but are spring loaded and return to the same position when you push for on or off then you will have a latching controller very nearby the water pump itself, usually within a couple of feet mounted on the wall in or near the water bay. All the water pump switches in the coach will be wired to this controller. Once you find this, you can test for proper 12vdc right at the latching controller. It is not uncommon for these to fail internally:

It could look like this or a similarly sized box with absolutely no label on it at all. Once found, check for 12vdc at the post where it's labeled, or in case there is no label check each terminal for 12vdc - you must have 12v on at least one of them.

beemc,

Your '05 Phaeton should have a combination 12V fuse panel/120V breaker panel. That's where the fuse for the water pump should be. It may not be marked, and you may have to check all the fuses for one that is blown.

If the fuses are good, look for the water pump controller somewhere in the wet bay near the water pump itself. The one in our '05 Allegro Bay looks exactly like the one pictured by 94-Newmar, label and all. In fact, ours has a smaller label on the side stating it is the water pump controller.

Our controller recently got wet during some plumbing repairs I made and quit working. I was able to pry the cover off, clean the inside (there was a spider nest in there) and dry it out with Q-tips and small slivers of paper. I was happy to be able to get ours working again because a replacement would have cost $35-$40 plus shipping.

Let us know what you find out.

Very often there is another fuse in an in-line holder close to the controller. There may also be another fuse in-line on the pump side of the controller.
