I have these by all my TV's what remote do I use.I have Dish Sat

Just use the remotes that are necessary for your TV's, satellite box and DVD player. You have to be sure the emitters in your electronics compartment are stuck on the IR button of the satellite box. You can use your Dish remote by itself if you program it so it will control the TV's.

I put the little black puck over the Dish receiver .When I'm outside watching football on Dish to change CH I have to go inside.Do I need to program the dish remote to little black puck I stuck to receiver. I have a remote for TV,Dish and Suround Sound

No programming necessary on them, as they're just an amplifier/relay. When I had an 08 bus I sometimes had to go to the relay distribution panel in the front of the cabinet over the copilot seat. I used to just twist the plugs or even move them around to make better contact. If you still have a problem, the next place I'd look is the eye on the outside TV. There should be a wire from the eye you've pictured with a pigtail on it where it joins the house wiring. Perhaps that's worked loose?

I use the remote sometime works on 1st try or I have to real close.This is how I have it on the Sat box It like that on all TV's

Yep. That's exactly what I had, right down to the problems. Don't think a new rig will be any better. Different system, but same cantankerous problems. I think they're all possessed. I'm considering finding a priest to perform an exorcism.

I wonder if I switch those 2 blue wires it hard to get to see what's on that box back there
