How does the tv antenna work? I have a controller in the front, but nothing happens when I try to use it, it lights up, but I cannot get any rotation from it. I have unplugged it , replugged, it lights up, and I try to program it and I get to a state asking for an input , but nothing more happens. Not sure on the brand, forgot to look, do I have to get up on the roof to check anything??
Please help the signalless Muffin Man. The tv works and I get signals and can program the tv etc. but cannot aim the antenna. It is a white round dish thing. ??? I cannot find a manual in the paperwork, what brand did they use???

If it's a white roundish thing, someone has replaced the original. Up until 2016, Tiffin was installing the Mini State HD360 which had an internal rotating antenna. The Mini State antenna looked like a black flying saucer. If yours is the Mini State, then most of those have failed and had to be replaced. If it's not, then you need to determine what brand it is before you can find out how it works.

OK, this one is white. What does the display in the cabinet, above the entrance door, do? Is that for the old antenna, and is now of no use? The tv pictures i get , some are good and some act like i need to reaim, but I ca not seem to adjust anything. It seems the white disc is omni directional? Thanks Muffin Man.

It sounds like someone replaced the Miini State with an omni directional. Make sure the coax wiring doesn't go through the old MS controller as it now has no function.
