14-15 Phaeton IFS ?

Does the 2014 or 2015 Phaeton have IFS? I pulled up the archived Tiffin brochures and nothing is mentioned about front suspension.

Nope, solid front axle Freightliner chassis still used to this day.

Currently, the only Phaetons with IFS are the 40IH and the 44OH, which are built on the Power Glide chassis. The 44OH started in 2016 and the 40IH in 2017. Around 2010-2011, the Spartan chassis was offered as an option, but I don't know if it had IFS or not.
