New guy needs some help please. Just purchased this rig for two uses. One is for when family and friends visit. We have one guest room and way more family than that.
The other is for the wife and I to do some traveling ourselves. Everything works but the hot water heater, the gas valve is the problem.
My problem is this valve is no longer available. I have found a valve that will be a direct fit to replace mine, however it is for a 10 gal heater and mine is only 6
I am going crazy trying to find out if there would be a problem because of this.
Both are 12 volt, 10.5 W.C. and 1/2 Psi. I really don't want to buy if it will not work. Can anyone help ?
The difference between this valve $ 45.00 and $ 300.00 to replace the heater is the reason for this post,oh yea I'm gettin too old to be rolling around on the ground trying to replace the heater.
