Question 2004 Allegro - Anybody Ever Remove Compartment Doors?

I want to repair a couple of compartment doors and would rather work on them while they are removed from the RV. But I can not figure out how to remove them. These are compartment doors that open and close vertically. It looks like they fasten via some kind of channel.

Has anyone had luck removing and re-installing these compartment doors?

If I remember correctly on the vertical opening doors you disconnect the strut, then open the door past normal and it will lift off the channel.

Compartment doors

I had the same question and found the TiffinRVNetwork.com users forum with a ton of good info.

Hopefully the attachment stuck.
