Without looking at the floor plans I’d lean toward the Newmar assuming equal condition. I like the hung wall construction.

I know that Sherman doesn’t price at a certain percentage off MSRP. They price at dealer cost plus a percentage so it varies from model to model depending on how Tiffin has it priced. You will see prices somewhere between 25% and 28% off MSRP from them.
